Power Protein Smoothie


2 cups of milk

2 tablespoons chocolate milk syrup

1/2 teaspoon dry chocolate pudding mix

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 banana

1 cups ice

 

You may wish to add whey power.

which I have and that packs even more protein in this drink

Try one tablespoon for extra protein power.
