Use fresh ingredients, this will make your papaya milkshake taste a lot better.
Ice-cream with high fat content makes the best milkshake, but it is no good for your weight.
recipe for the milkshake:
1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup milk
12 ice cubes Fresh mint leaves
Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
Add ice cubes; process until frothy
If desired; garnish with mint leaves
