With a blender you can make this fruit milkshake yourself (or use a jar with a tight-fitting lid instead). Use fresh ingredients, this will make your fruit milkshake taste a lot better. Ice-cream with high fat content makes the best milkshake, but it is no good for your weight.
The recipe for the milkshake:
4 oz of orange juice
4 oz of grapefruit juice
4 oz of milk
1/2 oz of sugar
2 drops of vanilla extract
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it gently until it is all smooth
Pour the milkshake into an highball glass and add a straw.
