Recipe for a banana coffee milkshake
With a blender you can make this banana coffee milkshake yourself (or use a jar with a tight-fitting lid instead). Use fresh ingredients, this will make your coffee banana milkshake taste a lot better. Ice-cream with high fat content makes the best milkshake, but it is no good for your weight.
The recipe for the milkshake:
1 1/4 cups of milk ,
4 teaspoons of instant coffee powder ,
5 1/2 oz. Vanilla ice cream,
2 bananas ,
Pour the milk into a blender and gently add the coffee powder
Add half of the vanilla ice cream and at last add the remaining ice cream
When this mixture is blended well than you can add the bananas.
Blend it until it is smooth.
